  • Project scope, costs, and timelines will be outlined in written proposals, contracts, or agreements before work begins.

  • Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented and approved in writing by both parties.

3. Use of Website and Online Services

  • You agree to use our website and online communication channels for lawful business purposes only.

  • You may not use the Services to misrepresent project details, submit false information, or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Estimates, Payments & Billing

  • Estimates are provided based on available information and are subject to adjustment if the project scope changes.

  • Payment schedules, deposits, and final payment requirements will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice.

  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension of work, late fees, or legal collection efforts.

  • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate site information, access to the property, and ensure that necessary permits and approvals are in place unless otherwise arranged.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of access, incomplete preparations, or failure to secure approvals) may affect project timelines and costs.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

  • Camvie Services provides workmanship warranties as outlined in project-specific contracts.

  • Manufacturer warranties on materials, when applicable, will be passed on to the client.

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or alterations made by third parties after project completion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, designs, and branding are the property of Camvie Services.

  • Clients may not copy, modify, or reuse our intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • Commercial construction projects inherently involve risks. While we take all reasonable precautions and comply with safety standards, Camvie Services is not liable for delays, disruptions, or damages outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, third-party interference, or unforeseen site conditions.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Camvie Services, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue Services if a client engages in abusive conduct, provides fraudulent information, or fails to meet contractual obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Deleware. USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
